Pressure vessels, pipe work, heat exchangers and custom built machinery

While Akras Engineering specialises in pressure vessel work, we also undertake pipe work, heat exchangers, process and storage vessels, screw conveyors, impellors, and custom built machinery. Accordingly, we also manufacture and repair chemical, industrial and food equipment, including welding, plate rolling and press brake work.

Manufacture and repair of pressure vessels, pipework and other equipment

Akras Engineering undertakes the manufacture and repair of pressure vessels, pipework and other equipment and machinery in a wide range of materials, including the stainless steel 300 series, duplex 2205 and 2304, 2507, heat resistant steels 310 and 253 MA, nickel alloys 400, 600, 601, 625, 800 and 825, nickel, monel, 904L, hastelloy C22, C276 and B2, zirconium, titanium, and tantalum.
