HISTORY
AKRAS INDUSTRIES IS PROUDLY AN AUSTRALIAN FAMILY OWNED COMPANY.
Akras Industries was established in 1982 by two brothers and is currently a second generation family business specialising in welding and fabrication of High Nickel alloys and various specialised materials.
From humble beginnings the Akras Brothers where know as the craftsmen in the industry, with there attention to detail, and commitment to quality they specialize in servicing the chemical, petrochemical , paper and pulp industries. Working at F Schmitt & Sons in Abbotsford and Richmond, until opening there own workshop at 7 Airlie Ave Dandenong in 1982. Then in 1991 they moved to there current workshop at
21 union Road Dandenong South.
